ACADEMIC POLICY COMMITTEE.

Section 4 – General Powers and Duties. The property, business, and affairs of the school shall be managed by the board. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the board may exercise all powers of the school as provided by State and Federal law, Juneau School District Board of Education policy and these bylaws.


The Juneau Community Charter School board, known as the Academic Policy Committee (APC) is an elected body of parents, teachers, and community members who by state charter law are authorized to operate the school.
